She began her photographic journey in 2015 upon her arrival in Japan, where her love for wildlife and landscape photography took root.

Her greatest source of inspiration has been the diverse and ever-changing natural landscapes of Japan, celebrated for their distinct seasonal beauty. Colette's exceptional talent has earned her recognition, including a feature in the prestigious Bird Photographer of the Year 2021 collection and the title of winner in the 2022 Once in Japan photo competition.
